By making a financial contribution to the Campaign through this Site, you represent and warrant that:You are a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).This contribution is made from your own personal funds and not from funds provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.You are at least 18 years of age.You are not a federal, state, or local government contractor prohibited by law from making political contributions.Your total contributions to this Campaign do not exceed the limits established by the New York State Board of Elections.
2. Legal Disclosures & Compliance
In accordance with New York State Election Law, the Campaign must make its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of every individual whose contributions aggregate more than $99 in an election cycle.Public Record: You acknowledge that these details are submitted to the New York State Board of Elections and become a matter of public record.Corporate/LLC Limits: If you are contributing on behalf of a Corporation or LLC, you affirm that the entity is authorized to make such a contribution and that it does not exceed the $5,000 annual aggregate limit for such entities in New York.
3. SMS and Mobile Messaging
If you opt-in to receive text messages from the Campaign, you agree to receive recurring automated messages (e.g., updates, event reminders, and donation requests).Frequency: Message frequency varies by campaign activity.Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any text message. For help, reply HELP.Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to the "Rich Carozza for Southampton Town Supervisor" logo, text, graphics, and photographs, is the property of the Campaign and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content for commercial purposes or to imply an official endorsement without express written consent.5. Prohibited Uses
